• Carton forming unit, Italform model, suitable for opening pre-glued American cartons of different sizes. These cartons are picked up from the carton blank magazine by means of a pick-up head with suction cups. The magazine is with continuous feed and is easily accessed when you need to fill in new carton blanks.
• Belt for arrival of the package to be taken.
• Filling unit by anthropomorphic robot - IRB260
• The IRB 260 robot is built to meet your reach and payload requirements whilst being small enough to fit into compact machines. Combined with ABB motion control and tracking performance, this robot is ideal for flexible packing systems.
• Hopper unit to make package introduction easier. Packages are coming from a feeding belt and introduced inside the carton placed in the filling station.
• Unit for tape application, equipped with taping heads for upper carton closing.
• HOT-MELT glue unit on request.

The I105 anthropomorphic model is designed to reach very high speeds, thanks to the presence of the anthropomorphic robot.
